Paracraph A under Article III, Estimate of Cost and Oblication of Funds, under Modification No. 7, is revised to include the following paragraph:
c.
The technical materials and information costs are estimated to be
$3,400.00 The TVA shall be reimbursed for such materials at cost plus the appropriate overhead rate.
3.
In summary, and as a result of this Modification No.12, the overall estimated cost is increased by $3,400.00, from $3,876,706.60 to
$3,880,106.60.
Further, the amount obligated is increased by
$132,000.00, from $1,084,585.00 to $1,216,585.00.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
