Dear Dr. Grace:
This Special Report is submitted as required by Technical Specifications Section 3.11.2.4,
" GASEOUS RADWASTE TREATMENT,"
since the Gaseous Radwaste Treatment System was inoperable for more than 31 days.
4 On April 5,1987, both trains of the Gaseous Rndwaste Treatment System were removed from service during a refueling cutage to perform system modifications. These modifications were made to:
1.
Increase system reliability.
2.
Reduce system downtime for analyzer cell replacement.
The modifications and system operational tests were completed on May 25 4
