RE: Application for QA Program Approval S&S Inspection Company is submitting a renewal application for an industrial radiography license to Region III, and we are concurrently submitting for your approval the enclosed five copies of our transportation QA program, which is an integral part of our license application.
The initial license application submitted to NRC on May 28, 1981 contained our application for a
QA program.
The Materials License was issued on October 2,
1981 and we assumed that the submitted QA program was approved as an integral part of that license.
