This responds to your letter of January 21, 1986, wherein you requested a meeting to review old license conditions to determine the appropriateness for sme of the to be incorporated into your security plan.

We agree that such a review should be mutually beneficial, as it will also provide an opportunity to update the plan to assure that all 10 CFR 70.32(e) and 70.34 changes have been appropriately included.

The dates of February 24 thru 26, 1986, as you proposed, are satisfactory. We will provide the meeting space and proper storage for your classified docments.

The possibility of meeting with Mr. Burnett and other mmbers of the NRC Safeguards staff for discussion of other safeguards related matters will depend upon other prevailing schedules.
