Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No.161, Rev. 2 On November 4,1986, GPU Nuclear (GPUN) submitted Technical Specification Change Request No.161, letter no. 5211-86-2161 and subsequently Rev.1 in letter no. 5211-87-2040, dated February 25, 1987. This letter trancmits Rev. 2 of Technical Specification Change Request No.161. This submittal supersedes in entirety the previous submittal. This is as a result of discussion with NRR and Region I representatives.
Enclosed is ene original and thirty-seven conformed copies of Technical Specification Change Request No.161, Rev. 2.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request to the chief executives of i
the township and cuLnty in which the facility is located, as well as the Bureau of Radiation Protection.
