APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO TOWN OF HAMPTON SUPPLEMENT TO MEMORANDUM ON 10 CFR 2.714(a)(1) AND CONTENTIONS OF THE TOWN OF HAMPTON TO NEW HAMPSHIRE RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN REVISION 2 Under date of November 19, 1986, The Town of Hampton (TOH) has filed a supplement to the Contentions with respect to Revision 2 of the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan (NHRERP) previously filed by TOH on October 31, 1986.
The supplement consists of additions to the statement of bases for Revised Contentions III and IV.
These additional bases do nothing to cure those aspects of the revised contentions referenced to which the Applicants objected in their response to the original filing, which response was filed by the Applicants on November 14, m2oio!R *WA4 a
