In accordance with Section 73.55 of the Commission's Regulations,there are transmitted herewith five copies of a document entitled " Proposed Revisions to the Physical Security Plan Implementing the August 4, 1986 Amendments to 10 CFR Section 73.55" dated November, 1986.
In addition to defining how the amendments to Section 73.55 will be met, the document also contains the required proposed implementation schedule.
Pursuant to Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's Regulations, it is hereby requested that the enclosed documents be withheld from public disclosure. An affidavit which supports this request for nondisclosure is, attached hereto.
