Dear Ms. Garde:

This letter responds to your November 11, 1986 F0IA appeal for the denial of a document.

In response to your appea s, the document identified on Appendix A-5 was reviewed again. You incorrectly state in your appeal letter that this document was withheld in its entirety. Only the subject's home address and telephone number were withheld, however. Further, you state no reason whatsoever that would entitle you to this infonnation.

The subject's home address and telephone number were withheld oursuant to F0IA Exemption 6 as constituting a clearly unwarranted invasten of personal privacy.

See generally, Department of State v. Washington Post Co., 456 U.S. 595 (TM2); Price v. Department of Justice, Civil No.24-330 A, slip op. at 5-8 (M.D. La. June 24, 1985). Accordingly, I affirm the agency's initial action with regard to the document.

This letter represents final agency action on your November 11, 1986 FOIA appeal. Judicial review of the denial of portions of this document is available in federal district court in the district in which you reside or have your principal place of business, or in the District of

Columbia, ceely,h D
