to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-20, entitled, " Reporting Related to NPDES Permits and State Certifications" states that copies of reports to the State of Michigan indicating violat.'.ons of NPDES permits are to be sent to t

the NRC.

During the period from November 1986 through April 1987, no NPDES Notifica-tions were required nor did any Reports of 011, Salt or Polluting Material Losses occur. This performance should be noted since it represents a diligent effort at Palisades to be in compliance with the Non-Radiological Environ-mental Protection Plan and Permits.
