Dear Mr. Rouse:
Amendment No. 28 dated February 20, 1987 amended the existing license to recognize the change in name of the licensee from Exxon Nuclear Company, Inc. to Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation. An application for renewal of that license was submitted on September 12, 1986 which was prior to the change in name and certain affiliations of the licensee.
These changes have been reflected in replacement pages to the recent license application which are enclosed (six copies).
When the license application has been approved, it will be reprinted with the name of the licensee corrected throughout before being issued in final form.
