This is in response to your letter dated September 24, 1985, by which you subnitted your Fundarpental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) as required by 10 CFR 74.31(b) (1). We have coupleted our review of your subnitted FNMCP, and have detennined that additional infonnation and clarifications are needed before your Plan can be deaned acceptable.
Attachments I and II to this letter contain general and specific ccmnents/
questions, respectively, that were generated during our review process. If you wish to discuss our findings in more detail, please contact C. N.

We have detennined that the enclosure to your Septenter 24, 1985 letter (i.e.,
your revised FNMCP and associated Annex) and the enclosures to this letter all contain infonnation of the type specified in 10 CFF 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to section 2.790(d) (1), such infonnation is denned to be ccmnercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a) (4) and shall be withheld fran public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
