In our July 14, 1986 response to IE Bulletin 85-03, we committed to a completion date of December 1, 1986 for updating procedures to reflect new methodology for setting switches (see Table 3 Item 3 of that response).
Our methodology has changed since that response was written, and as a result the December 1 date will not be met.
The new estimated completion date for Item 3 is February 15, 1987.
Items 1 and 2 are complete. Estimated completion dates of the other items are unaffected.
