Deoositions of Dennis Mileti and Edward Lieberman
Dear Ms. Selleck:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation' yesterday regarding Dennis Mileti and Edward Lieberman and the dates on which they are available for depositions.
In our conversation you agreed to produce Dr. Mileti and Dr. Lieberman, without formal service of subpoenas upon them, at 10:00 a.m. in our offices on the following dates:
Thursday, June 11, 1987 -- Dennis Mileti Monday, June 29, 1987 -- Edward Lieberman We have agreed to these dates instead of those dates originally scheduled for Dr. Mileti and Dr. Lieberman.
We have also agreed to pay their reasonable travel, lodging and meal expenses incurred in travelling to Boston for their respective depositions.
Pursuant to the ASLB's decision in our conference call of May 27, 1987, we will also compensate Dr. Mileti at the rate of $75.00 per hour for the time it takes to conduct his deposition, which is being conducted pursuant to Rule 26(b)(4)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
