DOCKET NO. 50-483 CALLNRY PIANT FACILITY OPEPATING LICENSE NPF-30 PHYSICAL SECURITY PIAN, REVISICN 10 Pursuant to the regturenents of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), Union Electric Ccmpany furnishes herewith six copies of Revision 10 to the Callaway Plant Physical Security Plan. Incorporated into this revision are changes within the scope of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), which do not decrease the effectiveness of the program and changes required by the August 4, 1986, Revision to 10 CFR 73.55.
In reference to the revision to 10 CFR 73.55 published in the Federal Register, Monday, August 4, 1986, as Miscellaneous Amendments Concerning Physical Protection of Nuclear Power Plants, the following implenentation m

A.
Based on interpretation of the rule, the Security Diesel Generator, Site Radio Rcon and Battery Roan will be treated as vital areas.
B.
The Security Diesel Generator, Site Radio Rocm arxl Batterf Rocm will be treated as vital areas in accordance with our Security Plan and our operating procedures by June 1, 1987.
The ranainder of the changes identified in the revision have been implemented.
