Dear Mr. Rouse:

I have enclosed additional information requested May 6, 1987, by Ms. Mary Horn for review of our September 22, 1986, SNM-142 license renewal appli-cation. Information was requested by phone concerning types of sources and emergency procedures.

-The sources in question were the calibration sources listed as items f-j in our application. These sources are plated (uncovered) sources.

A copy of our curaint emergency procedures for the FBBF facility is enclosed.

This emergency plan is quite specific in some areas and we request the dis-cretion to make changes that do not impact on the radiological safety of the plan.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to call.

Sincerely,

/
