Pursuant to the Federal Register /Vol. 51, No. 149/ Monday, August 4, 1986/ Rules and Regulations the District is hereby submitting four (4) copies (numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5) of proposed changes to the District's Rancho Seco Security Plan which is identified as Amendment 13 for your review and approval. Included in Amendment 13 are changes pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), which have been provided to the Regional Administrator of Region V.
