WO 87-0166 Per my discussions earlier today with your Inspector, Ron Baer, I understand you are not accepting a sufficient amount of Terry Morrill's experience to satisfy regulatory requirements for the function of Radiation Protection Manager at Wolf Creek.
To address that issue, I have today asked Mike Nichols to begin immediately to function as the Radiation Protection Manager with Terry Morrill as Acting Radiation Protection Manager.
Since Mike is i
not currently in Terry's present chain of comand, he will review revisions l
to the radiation protection program and provide technical direction.
Mike l
is a sitting member of the PSRC.
This will continue including a formal I
organizational restructuring, until the Acting RPM satisfies the necessary i
experience requirments.
