Travers, TMI-2 Organization Plan Revision 13, dated August 15, 1986 We have reviewed yeur proposed Revision t!o.13 to the THI-2 Organization Plan as discussed in the referenced letter. This revision involves a consolidation of several THI-2 components to achieve an organization oriented toward the operational nature of the remaining defueling and decontamination activities.
It transfers the functions of the Recovery Programs Department to other existing Project Departments, retroves the Design Engineering Section from the line organizations, and changes the administrative titles of several positions.
tle find that none of the changes will eliminate vital positions or functions and they have the potential to establish a more efficient line organization.
We therefore approve your proposed organization plan revision 13.

Our approval of Revision No.13 to the THI-2 Organization Plan is effective upon your receipt of this letter with the exception of the change in title of the Tf!I-2 Radiological Controls Director. This change is contingent upon our approval of your Technical Specification Change Request No. 54.
