MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE REPLY In two separate pleadings,M the Intervenors filed responses to LILCO's " Motion to Limit Cross-Examination by New York State and Suffolk County," dated May 5,1987.
With this motion, LILCO requests leave of this Board to file a brief reply to their re-sponses because of incorrect representations made by both Suffolk County and New York State concerning the nature of the Frye Board's May 13,1987 ruling on the consol-idation of the Intervenors on Contentions EX 15 and 16 in the -05 proceeding. Since the Frye Board statements on which the Intervenors rely came af ter LILCO's motion, and since the Intervenors have mischaracterized those statements, there is good cause for the Margulies Board to consider LILCO's reply.
