We have reviewed the draft UMTRA Project Site Management Manual per your June 4, 1986 letter. We have no major concerns. The enclosure provides minor comments for the most part related to the NRC's role in the UMTRA process.
If you have any questions regarding these comments, please contact Dan Gillen at FTS-427-4160.
Sincerely,
/y Malcolm R. Knapp, Chief Low. Level Waste and Uranium Recovery Projects Branch Division of Waste Management Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards
