We have reviewed the revised Remedial Action Inspection Plan (RAIP) for the Shiprock, New Mexico site transmitted by your letter to me dated June 24, 1986.
Our initial review identified certain omissions, and following our staff's contact with Don Summers of the RAC, we received a second version of the revised RAIP on June 30, 1986.
l Based on our review of this second versicn, we concur in the revisions as presented. Please note that in future revisions to RAIPs, it would be helpful if all changes were clearly identified.
