single brief in responding to the applications for stay filed by the Attorney General of The Commonwealth of f

Massachusetts, New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution and the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League in the above-entitled ma*.ter in ex' cess of 10 pages but not in excess of 15 pages.

As grounds therefore the Applicants assert that pursuant to 10 CFR $ 2.788 Applicants could file three separate briefs of 10 pages each and that grant of the permission sought vill =implify the Commission's consideration of this matter.
