)- In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, enclosed is a copy of a proposed 1 amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 that.would affect changes in Section 3/4 11.2, " Gaseous Effluents, Dose Rate," of the unit 1 and unit 2' technical specifications. Specifically, the proposed amendment would change note b of Table 4.11-2, " Radioactive Gaseous Waste Monitoring Sampling and Analysis Program," to provide for a more accurate indication of activity

'inside containment.

i Three enclosures are provided in support of the proposed amendment to the j technical specifications. The change that would be affected by the proposed amendment is identified in enclosure 1. The justification for requesting the changes that would be affected by the proposed amendment is given in enclosure 2. A determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.

Also' enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee as required by 10 CFR Part 170.12.
