STATEMENT OF POLICY This program 'has been prepared by the. Nuclear Installation

. Services Company to. document the program which controls receiving,

handling, storage and shipping of Radioactive

' Material.

The Nuclear Installation Services Company (NISCO) has established the Quality Assurance Program for use in performing this work at the Lakeland, Florida office and at field jobsites.

This program is intended to comply with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.

Administration of this Program will be through the Nuclear Installation Services Company Executive Safety Committee.

The Nuclear Installation Services

Company, operating under a

Radioactive Materials License granted by the U.S.

Nuclear g Regulatory Commission and "N.R.C.

Agreement States", is dedicated to performing this work in strict accordance with the rules of the Code of Federal Regulations, The Department of Transportation and all Agreement State Requirements.
