INPUT FOR CHRON0 LOGY OF COMMUNICATIONS WITH LILCO Congressman Markey has asked the NRC to provide answers to a list of questions l

which is a follow-up of the April 21, 1987 hearing before the Subcommittee on l

Energy and Power. The enclosed Question No. 15 pertains to Shoreham.

Please l

canvass your staff, review the appropriate files and records and provide a l

chronology of all direct "comunications" between the NRC staff and LILCO, which occurred after January-1,1986.

"Comunications" include the items as j

defined in the enclosed request. Each item in the chronolooy should be identified by the participants, date and a sumary of the comunication. A l

copy of any documents to and from LILCO related to the comunication should 1

also be provided.

To meet the established due date for this item of principal correspondence, please provide your inputs to Ronnie lo (M/S: 110) by COB June 2, 1987.

Fortunately, we do not expect the number of direct communications between you or your staff and LILC0 to be very large.

If you have any questions, please call the staff's Project Manager for Shoreham, Dr. Ronnie lo (Ext. 29787).
