Dear Dr. Grace:
Beginning on Friday, August 29, 1986, the Alabama Power Company Nuclear Generation Department will be relocating to the new Co rate Headquarters building. his move will be accomplished during the r Day weekend such that effective Tuesday, september 2, 1986 new telephone numbers and addresses go into effect for all Nuclear Generation Department General Office employees. Attachment I to this letter is a telephone index which includes each employee's name and new telephone extension and a four-digit department code. All telephone numbers are direct dial using the following prefixes; (205) 250-xxxx. Use of a direct dial telephone extension is more convenient; however, there is a central nu:nber that can be used if you are unable to get through. h at central number is (205) 250-1000.
%e mailing address remains essentially the same except that the zip code which is currently 35291 should be modified on all correspondence to add the appropriate four-digit department code as a hyphenated suffix to the zip code. his will greatly improve the efficiency and, therefore, the delivery time for mail in transit. An example of this is shown below:
