f MONTHLY NARRATIVE REPORT OF OPERATING AND MAJOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE l

This report describes the operating and major maintenance experience for the month of June, 1986. This report was prepared by the Plant Staff and is submitted in accordance with Section IX:I.1.c. of the Technical Specifications.

During the report period, the reactor has been in the cold shutdown mode with the core unloaded and the reactor vessel drained. During the month tha following activities were ongoing: l

1. Conducted Non Destructive Examination on..two concentrated waste storage tanks.
2. Continued processing concentrated waste tank bottoms for solidification and subsequent shipment.
3. Continued decontamination of Plant areas, i
