COMPLETED BY TELEPHONE 1 (315) 524-4446 EXT. 301 at Ginna MONTH June. 1986 The reactor power level was maintained at 100% for the majority of the report period, with the following exceptions:

On 6/17 the reactor power level was reduced to - 97% for a short period to perform a Periodic Test on the Auxilary Feedwater System.

On 6/19 the reactor power level was reduced to - 99% for a short period to perform a Periodic Test; Standby Auxiliary Feedwater System Flow Check.

On 6/26 the reactor power level was reduced to - 46% to isolate the 1-A-1 Condenser to repair tube leaks.

After plugging five (5) tubes the reactor power level was restored to 100% before the end of the day.
