The principal at the Newman & Holtzinger firm with whom we have direct contact on theee matters is Kevin P. Gallen.

You may feel free to contact Mr. Gallen on any occasion necessary with regard to legal matters effecting the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor. May I assume that you will notify other departments of the NRC of this change, and particularly will you delete from the service list the Morgan, Lewis &

Bockius representatives and substitute instead the Newman & Holtzinger representative.
