EXAMINATION REPORT On October 7 and 8,1986, the NRC administered examinations to your employees who had applied for licenses to operate the Ford Nuclear Reactor. At the ccnclusion of the examination, a meeting was held with members of your staff identified in the enclosed report to discuss generic findings which were noted during the examination. These findings were further discussed in a telephone call the following day.
The reference materials supplied by your facility were incomplete in the areas of procedures and the emergency plan. Your staff has been made aware of this and has assured the NRC that the emergency plan, including all its appendices, all facility procedures, and any other reference material which the NRC examiners request 'n order to prepare any future examinations will be supplied to them.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
