On August 6,1986, New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution and Seacoast Anti-Pollution League filed a Joint Motion For Extension of Hearing Schedule. Prior to rece1ving written responses thereto, on

August 15, 1986, the Board placed a' conference call to Mr. Backus (SAPL), Ms. Curran (NECNP), Ms. Sneider (Massachusetts), Mr. Gad, (Applicants) and Messrs. Perlis and Turk (Staff). Mr. Bisbee (New Hampshire) was not available to participate, but the Board's secretary relayed the following information to Mr. Cheney.
After hearing discussions which were transcribed, the Board, in partially granting the joint motion, amended the Memorandum and Order of July 25, 1986 as follows:

Depositions shall be completed by no later than September 19, 1986.

Written direct testimony shall be served by express mail on September 19 in order that it will be received by September 22, 1986. Express mail will be used to serve the Board, NECNP, l
SAPL, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Applicants and the NRC Staff. All others on the service list will be served by regular mail.
The Board informed the parties about the dates and place of the reopened hearing. This information will be set forth in a separate Order.
