This is to confirm arrangements made with you during our telephone conver-sation on May 13, 1987, for an enforcement conference to be held telephonically at 9:00 a.m. MST on May 28, 1987. Region IV will initiate the call to your office.
The purpose of the conference is to discuss your radiography activities performed in Green River, Wyoming on April 26, 1987. This work was performed without submitting prior notice to this office of your planned activities.
This was in apparent violation of 10 CFR 150.20 as well as specific commitments made to the NRC in your letter dated August 28, 1985, in response to a similar violation identified on July 1,1985. Please plan to have William H. Shamel and Nancy Shamel available at the time referenced above to discuss this matter.
Should you have any questions concerning these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
