Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by NRC for a reload of low-enriched uranium fuel for the Fukushima I Unit No. 2 Nuclear Power Reactor in Japan. A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
