Christnot of the USNRC Region II of a potentially reportable condition concerning leakage through a fabrication hole drilled in the side of the penetration flange on some Conax electrical penetration assemblies.
This condition was identified during the Unit 1 Integrated Leak Rate Testing Program.
Georgia Power Company is currently evaluating this condition and expects to inform the NRC of the evaluation results by November 14, 1986.
