Thank you for informing us of the additional preventive action documented in your letter. Based on a telephone discussion between Mr. J. Roth of this office and Mr. W. Kirk of your staff on April 30, 1987, it is our understanding that that action consisted of issuing a memorandum on April 30, 1987 to all responsible management personnel instructing them on how to proceed whenever plans for additional buildings or additions to buildings are contemplated.
Your corrective actions relative to the identified violation will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
