Your submittal identified as Standard Procedure flo. 30-00-30 "QA Program for Receiving and Shipping Radioactive Materials" represents implementation of your QA progran, not the commitment we need to assure neeting the applicable requirenents of Subpart 11 of 10 CFR Part 71. Standard Procedure 1:o. 30-C0-30 should be kept in your files as evidence of verification of your QA program.
To assist you in preparing your QA program description, enclosed is a copy of Annex 3 of US!!RC Regulatory Guide 7.10 which is applicable to packaging and transporting special form radioactive material.
