SECY-87-104 - Proposed Agreement Between the State of Illinois and U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission Pursuant-to Section 274 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, As Amended With respect to entering into an agreement with the. State of Illinois (pursuant to Section 274 of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended), the Commission,* by a vote of 3-1,** with Chairman Zech and Commissioners Bernthal and Carr agreeing, approved an order, as modified by Commissioner Carr, providing tor NRC retention of jurisdiction over Allied-Chemical Corporation, Metropolis, Illinois.

(Subsequently, on May 14, 1987, the Secretary signed the Order.)
