POINT PLANT - REVISION TO SECURITY PLAN Attached are six (6) copies of Revision 15 to the Big Rock Point Plant Security Plan. This revision was made due to the construction of our Alternate Shutdown Panel Building. A preliminary in."ormation letter on this subject was submitted to the NRC on December 27, 1985. A subsequent letter from the NRC dated January 10, 1986 provided preliminary approval for the changes.
In addition to the referinced changes, Appendices B and C have been revised to reflect title name changes.
Consumero Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits these changes in accordance with 50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
