Letter me to J. Nelson Grace dated November 5, 1986 In the above reference, TVA connitted to completing design work for transferring the ENS power supply to diesel generator power by the end of February 1987. TVA has been unable to meet this commitment date because of allocation of resources to startup items.
While TVA does not consider this to be a startup item, a new schedule for design completion by the end of January 1988 has been established based on the new startup schedule and necessary time for equipment procurement. Necessary l
modifications and postmodification testing will take approximately four weeks once design work is completed.
