Enclosed are various revisions to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant: Security Plan.
These revisions are being submitted in response to the " Miscellaneous Amendments concerning Physical-Protection of Nuclear Power Plants."
Changes to the pages submitted are denoted by number 21 which appears in the right hand margin.
In order to assist in your review of this submittal we have prepared a synopsis (enclosed) regarding the new regulatory requirement and the essence of the revision, if any, to our security plan.
Implementation of these revisions to our Security Plan will take place within 180 days of Commission approval.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure per Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
