Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of-Dalton, Georgia, hereby submita Amendment 28 to the Vogtle Electric Generating i
Plant (VEGP) Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
This amendment consists of revisions to FSAR Section 9.5 and Appendices 9A and 9B.
The revisions address the' issues concerning SER Open Item 7, Fire Protection, aa documented in GN-1108 dated October 10, 1986 and GN-1136 dated October 20, 1986. Also include ( are instructions for inserting the Amendment 28 FSAR changes.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 54.30(b) and (c), three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) copics of Amendment 28 are submitted for your use.
