Docket Nos. 50-327 b Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE CHANGE In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, enclosed is a requested amendment to license DPR-77 to delete the requirements of section 2.c.10 of the unit 1 operating license of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (enclosure 1). The proposed change will allow improvements in the Secondary Water Chemistry Program to minimize steam generator tube degradation. This change is based on NRC's recommendation illustrated in Generic Letter 85-02 and referenced in section 2.5 of NUREG-0844. The justification for the proposed license amendment change is provided in enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards considerations is provided in enclosure 3.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR Part 170.12.
