Letter from Kenneth P. Barr, NRC, to S. A; White TVA, dated February'24, 1987 In accordance with the reference letter, tho'following license candidates for BFN have participated in reactor and plant. operations at a power' level.of greater than 20 percent of full power for one month. These individuals-participated in these operations at Brunswick Nuclear Facility from January 19, 1987 to February 26, 1987.

Therefore, we request that NRC issue these individuals an operating. license limited to the shutdown and refuel modes for BFN units 1, 2, and 3, facility docket Nos. 50-259, 50-260, and 50-296, respectively. We request further that the effective license date be February 26, 1987. Subsequent to the performance of five reactivity i
