is unacceptable as a primary means of hydrogen sontrol for Haaford No. 2 at the present time. He was told that the CAD systen has not been accepted to date on such OL as Browns Ferry and that more infor-nation was due from them. The OL comes under the refit category and therefore comes under the criteria outlined in the suppleuent to Safety Guide 7.
Hanford No. 2 is a CF and will be required to con-form to Safety Guide No. 7.
It was pointed out that there are dif-forences in the criteria of acceptability of venting between Safety Guide 7 and its supplement.
Mr. Renberger was told that at the present time an acceptable approach would be for them to commit to providing a hydrogen control systne that will satisfy the parameters presented in AEC Safety Guide No. 7.
In addition, they also must comit to presenting design details for the system as soon as they are developed.
Mr. Renberger indicated they would provide such words in Amend-ment No. 12.
