Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 C.F.R. 9 2.721 (1980),
the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Washington Public Power Supply System, et al. (WPPSS Nuclear Project No.1), Docket No. 50-460-OL, is hereby reconstituted by appointing Administrative Judge Peter B. Bloch in place of Administrative Judge Herbert Grossman who has resigned.
