LILCO's Response to Suffolk County, State of New York and Town of Southampton's Second Set of Interrogatories b
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740(b), LILCO responds to the Intervenors' Second Set of Interrogatories as follows:
Suffolk County's Second Set of Interrogatories No.1:
As to each request for admission 1-223 above (in the Intervenors' November 5 filing], or portion thereof, to which the answer is anything other than an unqualified affirmative admission, LILCO is requested pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.740(b), to state the following, within fourteen (14) days af ter service hereof, using the same instructions for answering interrogatories as are set forth on pages 1-9 of "Suffolk County's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents to Long Island Lighting Company" dated October 10,1986; (1) state the exact portion of each request which is not admitted; Response: The portion of each request not admitted was stated in LILCO's November 17,1986 response to the Intervenors' request for admissions, and is incorpo-rated by reference herein.
Suffolk County's Second Set of Interrogatories No. 2:
With respect to each such unadmitted portion of each request for admission re-ferred to in the answer to Interrogatory No.-1 above: (a) state the reason it is not ad-mitted; and (b) the names of any LILCO personnel who have information relating to, or knowledge of, the portion not admitted.

Response: As to part (a), those reasons were included in LILCO's November 17 response to the Intervenors' November 5 request for admissions and are incorporated by reference herein. As to part (b), LILCO objects ac, burdensome to the identification of the names of "any LILCO personnel who have information relating to, or knowledge of" the portions of the admissions requests not admitted by LILCO. In response to this In-terrogatory, LILCO identifies below the LILCO witnesses who have information relating to, or knowledge of, the unadmitted portions o! the Intervenors' requests:
