FEMA has no objection to the tentative starting date for the OL-3 proceeding based on the OL-5 proceeding. FEMA witnesses are currently scheduled to testify from June 8th through June 19th before the OL-5 Board. Given the limited nature of the FEMA testimony, the FEMA panel's availability to the OL-3 proceeding is otherwise unlimited with one exception. One FEMA witness, Dr. Thomas Baldwin, will not be in the United States during the week of June 22nd to 26th.
