to the eft 3 meets the safIsty requirweests of 10 CFR $0. Be noted that we had asked a preli=i==v question on this at our October 18 meeting which was not included in the Initial Question list. The question was referred to the ERS Elaetriosi System Branch. The Electrical Systems Bmnob evaluated the main One Line Diagram 8.2-1 and Auxiliary One Line 8.2-2 in the Esafbrd # PEAR and ooseluded that the systes as i
designed meets the minimum safety requirements of criteria 17 of 10 j

power line feeding the IPCS is out. Es was inflerned that we to not evalutte Tech. Spec. details at the construction permit stage. Eowever, we noted that in previously licensed plants the Theh. Specs. have provided fbr abort time outages of the IPCI system providing edditional testing for redundant systems is initiated.
