It is stated that the information in these documents is considered by General Electric to be proprietcry since the information was Penerated by General Electric at its expense, involves an invention or inventions believed to be patentable and is of substantial com-potative value to General tiectric.

The information contained in the document has been summarised in a non-proprietory manner in the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report.
