'IOWN OF AMESBURY'S PROPOSED HEARING SCHEDULE As one looks at the weeks and months ahead, it is obvious that the period of time from now through the first of the year will be filled with the activities traditional to the holiday season, and thus be inappropriate for resumption of the NHRERP hearings. From January 1st to' Patriots' Day (April 19th) the New England region generally expcriences severe weather conditions, often restricting travel for more than a day at a time. The ' IGA also expects to see numerous motions and appeals on the issue of contentions of the NHREPP having to meet late-filed qualifications; those motions and contentions are apt to consume much of the Board's time and leave little time for preparation for the hearings. The TOA proposes that fresumption of NIIRERP hearings begin no earlier than May 1,198Ij.

I, William S. Iord, certify that the 'IOWN OP AMESBURY'S PROPOSED IIEARING SCHEDULE has been served on the attached list of parties by first-class mail this 20th day of November, 1986.
